**Objects:** TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CATS AND DOGS LIVING ON THE ISLAND OF MAURITIUS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR SUCH ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.

**Activities:** We raise funds for sterilisation, vaccination and veterinary treatment of sick and injured strays on the island of Mauritius. Also we provide educational and financial support for the NGO'S on the island with regard to Animal Welfare. Working on relations with the Mauritian Society of Animal Welfare to change their policy of catch and kill.
