## **TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT** 

The Trustees Annual Meeting has been held, in the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024. The James Barnor Prize ran for the third year attracting much interest from industry experts and an increased number of applications were received from many different African nations. 

There remains a credit balance on the bank account of c.£14,000. 

The Foundation continues to act in line with the objectives and ambitions set out in the charter and alongside the Founder’s aspirations. 

The next meeting is scheduled for 01.12.2025
