## **TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT** 

The Trustees Annual Meeting has been held, in the period 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022. There has been increased activity than in previous years with the launch of The James Barnor Prize which announced it’s first prize winner in the spring of 2022 attracting much interest from industry experts. 

There remains a credit balance on the bank account of £26,069.51 which is a donation from James Barnor from sales proceeds of his artworks. 

The Foundation continues to act in line with the objectives and ambitions set out in the charter and alongside the Founder’s aspirations. 

The next meeting is scheduled for 01 December 2023.

Due to the minimal activity on the account no accounts have been prepared for this period, the Foundation anticipate they will be required to engage with an accountant to prepare a financial statement as part of the next years reporting.
