## **TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT 2021** 

The Trustees Annual Meeting has been held and it is understood that the ‘James Barnor Prize’ has been launched in line with the ambitions of the charter and the Founder’s aspirations. A website for the organisation is being developed and the Trustees are working to expand the work and profile of the charity. It is anticipated that the charity will have greater activity in 2022 and is looking to commence a round of fundraising. 

There has been no income or expenditure of any kind reported. 

The next meeting is scheduled for 01.10.2022
