**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF GRIFFITHSTOWN AND SEBASTAPOL IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF TORFAEN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (“THE AREA OF BENEFIT”), TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFITS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PRESERVATION, PROMOTION, SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE FISHPOND PARK, PANTEG, PONTYPOOL.

**Activities:** A group of volunteers who have come together to maintain and improve a local park (known as the Fishpond Park due to the presence of the fishpond which is an important feature in the park).   The work primarily involves general gardening and maintenance of the grounds for the benefit of the local community. The volunteers meet on Saturday mornings and during the summer on additional evenings.
