**Objects:** THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CIO ARE:THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF THE GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN A) AFRICA SUFFERING OR AT RISK OF SUFFERING FROM LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS SUCH AS DIABETES BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND EDUCATION AND IN B) UK BY CHECKING THEIR SUGAR LEVELS AND ESCORTING THEM TO HOSPITAL AND SURGERY APPOINTMENTS.

**Activities:** The Foundation focuses mainly on diabetes in the UK and Nigeria delivering services to the public, young and elderly people. The service offered by the foundation include free screening, awareness campaigns, consulting, treatment, diet support and education. The purpose of the organisation is to educate everyone about complication of diabetes in order to prevent the disease.
