(1) The first trustees may appoint further persons to be trustees of the Trustee selection methods charity at its meetings as deemed fit. (eg. appointed by, elected by) (2) The trustees may terminate the membership of a founder trustee only if prior approval for the termination has been acquired, in whatever form, from a simple majority of founder trustees (3) Founder trustees of the charity shall be voting members and exercise their voting rights in accordance with the provisions of the charity’s Constitution (4) Trusteeship is eligible to any male who is: • aged sixteen (16) years or over • resident or domiciled in the United Kingdom • of the Sunni Islamic faith • of Vohara ethnic origin • a Lajpurian or married to a Lajpurian Spouse • and who, by applying for membership, has indicated his agreement to become a member, and whose application of membership is accepted by the Executive Committee (existing trustees) at its sole and absolute discretion.

clothing, livelihood programmes and costs for medical treatment or medicines for the benefit of the said persons; (2) To advance education for the benefit of the poor, the underprivileged and the general public by means of, but not exclusively, the provision or the assistance in the provision of educational activities and facilities, such as schools and provision of scholarships for the benefit of the said persons; (3) To advance the religion of Islam by means of, but not exclusively, the provision or the assistance in the provision of facilities of Islamic education in accordance with the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) as interpreted by the Sunni Hanafi Deobandi School of Thought. The charity raises funds from the public and gives grants to individuals and organisations in England and India. Charity commission requires the trustees of a charity to:

Select suitable accounting policies, apply them consistently;

• Make judgement and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; • prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless there is a reason to believe that the Association will not continue for the foreseeable future.

The Trustees are responsible for the keeping of proper accounting records, which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charity Act 2011. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the association and hence to take reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

The main achievement of the charity for the year was completing the registration process with charity commission. The charity also collected donations that were used to fund for the following:

the need for maintenance of their houses in Lajpur.

food distributed during covid-19 lockdown times in Lajpur.

covid patients for their treatment in Lajpur.

Madrassa food, for the need and orphan students.

Sewing Machine Distribution for widows in Lajpur.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2021 .
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
