Para 1.20 | The Cylch’s aim is provides Welsh medium sessional day care to local parents. Ti a Fi sessions also give opportunities for parents / carers to meet whilst their babies and young children play, carry out activities and listen to stories and songs through the medium of Welsh. The Charity previously employed 2 members of staff however, there was a lack of interest and numbers were extremely low. Both staff subsequently moved on to new jobs. Marketing work was carried out regularly however in challenging circumstances and as a result of Covid-19 Cylch Meithrin Tredegar has voluntarily suspended its registration with CIW. The Cylch has remained closed over the last financial year due to a change of Trustees. The new Trustees aim to re- open the Cylch Meithrin this year when running structures are in place and new staff are appointed. |
