**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF THE MANUFACTURE OF THE SPITFIRE AIRCRAFT IN THE SALISBURY AREA OF WILTSHIRE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MEMORIAL OR MEMORIALS TO THE SPITFIRE AIRCRAFT AND THOSE WHO BUILT IT IN THE SALISBURY AREA.

**Activities:** The activities to be carried out by the Charity involve raising funds for and then erecting of a memorial in Salisbury  (in the form of a replica Spitfire aircraft) to those men and women who secretly built Spitfire aircraft in various locations in Salisbury, Wiltshire, during World War II. The Charity will educate the public on the history of Spitfire construction in Salisbury.
