Robert Harlow Charitsble Trust is a charty established under a Charitable Trust
Deed by Robert Harlow (the founder) dated 8th November 2018
The founder has the power to appoint new or additional trustees and appoint a
person to succeed as a Founder during his lifetime.
Trustees will be recruited and invited when required and deemed ne￿Ssary.
Ob"ectives
The Trustees shall hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply
the income, and all or such parts of the capital, at such a time or times and in such
manner to, or for the benefft of, such exclusively charitable objects and purposes in
any part of the world as the Trustees see fft.

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Chariti8s Act 2011
("th8 Ad.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under s8Ction 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examlnation, I
have followed 811 the applicable Directions given by the Chartty Commission
under sedion 145(5Xb) of the Act.
