Public benefit statement
The Trustees confirm that they have complied with the duty in section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit, 'Charities and Public Benefit'.
Summary of the main achievements during the period
Managing to remain open after the global pandemic, for the benefit of the local community.
The charity’s policy on reserves
We do not have a written policy on reserves but we are constantly reviewing our finances.
Risk analysis
If our grant from Nottingham City Council was to be cut this would have a big impact on our finances.
We have managed to get a few grants this financial year due to the pandemic and this has helped us massively. We would like to thank Nottingham City Council for their continued support through a challenging time. A big thank you to the National Lottery Community Fund and HMRC for their financial support.
