during the year
The main aclivty of the Charity is running Poltsh Saturday School. and
The year 2021r22 was calmer coMp￿ed to previous pandemic years.
School life gradualty retumed to normd with more actNities undertaken
and parents more involved. This years main focus was on children to
help them retum to their full potential and enjoy scl)ool at the same lime.
Students have adapted tsilliantly.
A bu part of the school life is school events. DutirvJ the year, the School
celebrated National Education Day, ln[*nden￿ Day, Grandmother
arKI GrarKJfatr*r Day, Polish Constitution Celebration and meeting with
Father Christinas or txcnÉc in the wblic park open for au. Also. for the first
time after the pandemic, Schools managed to organise and subsidise
school tiips for all the St￿ts. which hel￿ them integrate and discover
The Chaiity took part in Polish Herrtage Days tijgether with Polish
Embassy and ottw Potish instÈithns in the area. That was a successful
event arKI attracted many people.
In February 2022, the Charity actively participated in helping Ukraine due
to the outbreak of war. As one of the county's first organisations, it
started collecting the necessary artides, such as dothes. cleaning
products, hygiene products, medicines or food viith a long shelf life. Also,
lorries were organised to deliver all collected items straight to Ukraine.

The help for Ukraine continued" Charity helped find accommodation for a
Ukrainian refugee in Swindon. Also, a work role as a school helper was
created for that person. Moreover. the Charity helped a Ukrainian refugee
living in PolarKI by supporting her studies there. Furthem10￿, a grant W8$
awarded to a Ukrainian thild(xre home for the equipment needed.
The Charity is ahvays ready to provide any further help rf needed.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 / 08 / 2022** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
