At the AGM held on the 3T¢ November 2022, at the Trades Union Hall in H￿ Street E17, Jess England and Adrian Slannard anno¢Jnced iheir re&gnation Adrian agreed to slay on as T￿Surer for a few months to help Oaniel Turttei. who was elected as Treasurer, to settle into the role_ In addit*on, Makeila Estelle was ejected as Chair and June Hedges agreed to Coftlirsue as a Trustee. David Hobson and Daniel Turner were appoinled as Trustees. Jess reported that FOLP was now becoming active again afler the Covid Lockdown and had very successful May Fair and plans were in hand for the Christmas Singak)ng Jess thanked ihe committee for all theii support and wished the new Trustees all the best for the future of the Group. ACTIVITIES OF THE GROUP Events The May Fair had been a great suc£ess wtlh thousands of people attending the Oog Show. The Christmas Singalong provsj very s￿(￿ss[u1 wrth a record amount of money raised al the event. THE MANAGEMENT GROUP FOLP continued to attend the council's Managerrent Group, but the pandemtc stopped the normal activtties which meant the counLal was short of funds for improving the park. SOCIAL MEDIA FOLP'S web site closed as the Domain Name was lost. but the Facebook and Twitter accounts continued to be the main point of communication wrth visitors to the Lloyd Pafk.
