part of the Unlted Kingdom or elsewhere in the world, or such other chadtable
purposes as the members of the CIO shall In duly constituted meeting direct.
On 06 May 2021, the name of the CIO was changed to Torbay Sunrlse Rotary
Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
