The Trustees manage the affairs of the Charity and meet regularly to discuss and review its financial and operational affairs.

The principal risks to the Trust are the general level of donations which make up a significant portion of the Trust's income and the possible damage to and loss of the museum's collections.

The Norfolk Museum of Freemasonry is a small, volunteer-run museum dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of Freemasonry in Norfolk. Through the display and interpretation of artefacts, documents and regalia, the Museum contributes to wider public understanding of the social, cultural and charitable history of Freemasonry within the county. **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

During the year, the principal activity has been the successful relocation of the Museum to the Dereham Masonic Centre. This move has enabled the collection to be rehoused securely and displayed appropriately, ensuring its long-term preservation and continued accessibility for visitors. 

The CIO continues to deliver a permanent facility allowing it to showcase informative displays on local and national masonic history, presented through a variety of media, artefacts and collections. 

The Museum also welcomes donations of Masonic items that may enhance or complement the existing collection. In addition, volunteers are actively encouraged to assist with cataloguing, conservation and the day-to-day running of the Museum, thereby promoting community involvement and shared stewardship of heritage.
