Feedback from F3 attendees:
‘Being part of the F3 community has been instrumental in my transition from youth team to first team. The regular zoom calls on Fridays fill me with a peace prior to a weekend fixture and re-align my thoughts with Gods promises. Fellowship has certainly enhanced my connection with God as it really inspires seeing other footballers of a similar age seeking Jesus Christ’
‘The F3 ministry has helped me immensely in my career and in my walk with the Lord. It’s shown me importance of community and the power of vulnerability. There are times where I have found myself troubled about a certain situation in football and there is always someone within F3 community to support me and help me through it because we are all going through similar battles! F3 has allowed me to develop great friendships with other footballers’

F3 (FAITH, FOOTBALL, FELLOWSHIP) Independent Examiner’s Report
Report of the Independent Examiner to the Trustees’ on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31 March 2021
I report on the accounts of the CIO for the year ended 31 March 2021, which are set out on pages 10 to 12.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The Charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The trustees consider that the audit requirement of section 144(2)) of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act) does not apply and that there is no requirement in the governing document or constitution of the Charity for the conducting of an audit. As a consequence, the trustees have elected that the financial statements be subject to independent examination.
It is my responsibility to:
-
Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act.
-
To follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act: and
-
To state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examiner’s report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items of disclosure in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently, no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a ‘true and fair view’ and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent examiner’s statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
- Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements: • to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act: and • to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act.
10
have not been met; or
- to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
