## **BERRICK AND ROKE VILLAGE HALL CIO – ANNUAL REPORT** 

## **Aim and purposes** 

Berrick and Roke Village Hall aims to provide the facility of the Village Hall for the benefit of the local parishioners. 

The CIO is also specifically responsible for the maintenance of the Village Hall, Cow Pool, Berrick Salome. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

The Berrick and Roke Village Hall is committed to enabling as many people as possible to utilise the Hall’s facilities from within the Parish. 

When planning it’s activities for the year, the Berrick and Roke Village Hall have considered the Commission’s guidance on the relevant areas.

The trustees are currently in the process of closing the existing Berrick and Roke Village Hall Charity (283926) and converting to CIO status.  This Return and report on behalf of the new CIO (1183907) covers the ‘cross over’ period and therefore reflect a non-operating CIO.
