**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF FILM AND ALLIED VISUAL TECHNIQUES BY THE SCREENING OF FILMS OF ARTISTIC MERIT AND STAGING LECTURES, DISCUSSIONS, FESTIVALS AND EXHIBITIONS WITH THE AIM OF PROMOTING THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF FILM.

**Activities:** 1.  To advance the education of the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of film ,2.  To encourage interest in film as an art form and as a medium for public education and for the distribution of information, by means of the exhibition of films of artistic, cultural or scientific character,
