**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF BEREAVED FAMILIES AND CARERS WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE SUDDEN DEATH OF A YOUNG PERSON AGED UNDER 18 IN SUCH WAYS AND BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE WITHIN THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING FREE HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION.THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING IN THE UK AND THE NORTH WEST AREA IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF DEFIBRILLATORS IN PUBLIC AREAS.

**Activities:** To relieve the needs of bereaved families and carers who have suffered the sudden death of a young person aged under 18 by providing free holiday accommodation. The relief of sickness and preservation of health for the public by the provision of defibrillators in public areas.
