A description of the prinapal
risks facing the charity
Parn 1.46
We seek to diversify our income in the next
12 months to include trading in providing
goods and services. Our Norwich hub will
assist in this process in having a workroom
and additional resources on site to provide
workshops and training to individuals and
cornpanies around mental health. These
activities will provide our Members with
meaningful experiences, whilst involving
them in fundraising for the Clubhouse as a
Member activity.
A major risk is not teing findable in order to
be fund-able. The location of our Notwich
hub has little passing footfall. Social media is
awash with posls. Infomiation overload
militates meaningful and productive
engagement. Our strategy is to source an
affordable pop up space in the city centre or
nearer to extensive footf811 We are actively
seeking this and expect to have sourced a
retail space within the next 6-12 months. We
will utilise Linkedln more strategically, having
consulted an expert in this area to connect
wtth prospective partners.

Cybercrime is a risk. We review our
insurance annually to reflect this and have
policies and procedures to reduce potential
harm in relation to handling and storage of
confidential information.
During this period we have recwited another
o Trustees to support our PRJMafketing
and Governan￿.
We have not been successful in recruiting
reliable and Committed volunteers this
reporting period for spècific roles. The
Clubhouse Model does not rely on
volunteers historically as Members are
encouraged to take an active role in running
the organisation.
Our existing sessional workers remain in
place. We are exploring recruiting and
employing some part-time staff to provide
continuity and extended delivery of our work
now that we have the opportunty to O￿ll
extended hours.
The Founder Trustee is a key individual in
the operational and strategic running of the
Clubhouse. Succession Planning has now
been initiated as a process to recruit paid
employees, utilise fully the skills and
strengths of our Truslees and firm up
delivery of our mission in all areas for our
Members and other stakeholders.
