**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE:1. TO ASSIST IN THE RELIEF AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CANCER OR OTHER LIFE-THREATENING ILLNESSES BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF A RETREAT CENTRE2. THE RELIEF OF ADULTS WHO HAVE A TERMINAL ILLNESS BY PROVIDING FUNDING TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE A LIFE GOAL BEFORE THEY DIE3. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH THROUGH SUPPORTING RESEARCH INTO GLIOBLASTOMA AND A CURE FOR SUCH, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT

**Activities:** We support funding into research for a cure for Glioblastoma. We are working closely with Brain Tumour Research and Brain Tumour Charity.We have a retreat in Grimsby  for anyone with a life changing illness and their families to talk and relax.We fund individuals with a life limiting illness to achieve a goal from their bucket list.
