The AFC Llwydcoed provides an important part in the community. it provides a safe
environment for children and adults a to play football and encourages community
involvement from participants.
Works are being undertaken on a new football pitch, further details below, and there is a
plan to work in partnership with ihe local school lo construct a Multi Use Games area
{MUGAI in the grounds of the club site.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
During the year Lotto continued to be our main source of income although there was one
generous donation of £7k.
The Club made a small loss 2022123 and the club fwtball pitch was out of use from
February 2024 due to work being undertaken on a new pitch in accordance wilh regulations
in respect of pitch size. It is not anticipated the works being completed until the 2025126
football season and this may have a detrimental effect of the finances of the club for 2024 to
2026 until the work is complete. External funding has been secured from to finance the
construction of the new pitch.
