The main activities undertaken in relation lo those purposes are to plan football events and training sessions. Bolh of these engaging activities following the foundation phase of learning to ensure every child is given the opportunity to explore and investigate through a wide range of activities whilst leaming through play.11 is also a priority to promote other charitable purposes that will be determined may from time to time and the trustees are aware of the benefits lo the cornmunity based on the guidance from Ihe Charity Commission. AFC LIW dcoed Trustees Annual Re ort ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE The AFC LlWydC￿d provides an imFX)rtant part in the community. It provides a safe environment lor children and adults a to play football and encourages community involvement from participants. FINANCIAL REVIEW Everything was back to nomial posl COVID and income generation was particularfy good in respect of Lotto. COVID grants received in 2020-21 carried over into 2021-22 and the club was also successful in securing Pen y Cymoedd Funding. There were also some generous donalions enabling the club to retain some cashbalances. The plan in 2022-23 is to secure more grant funding and to promote the function room in the club lo generate income from shows etc. STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT AFC Llwydcoed is a registered charity. The registration number is 1183841 and was registered on 11, June 2019. The nature of the goveming document is constitution, the truslees are appoinled during our annual AGM and Ihe charity is committee run and voluntary. The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records Ihal disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial posilion of the charity to enable them to ensure that the financial slalements comply with the Charities Act 2011 and AFC Llywdcoed's conslitution.
