Chair’s Report
Our focus this year has been to continue to provide free long term loan bicycles from our base at Curborough Community Centre. Our volunteers meet weekly year round and work on donated bikes. Examples of the sort of reasons people have become beneficiaries of our charity include, cycling to work, to improve their mental or physical wellbeing, to replace bikes that have been stolen, to try cycling for the first time, for transport and for fun!
We have continued to organise some social bike rides and confidence building training for people wanting to be more confident in their riding.
We made successful grant applications to enable this work and would like to thank We Love Lichfield, Lichfield City Council and Staffordshire County Council for their support.

With very many thanks
Lichfield Re:Cycle is entirely run by volunteers. In addition to the trustees named above, we would like to thank those who have gave their time this year to help with our workshop sessions or by volunteering from home:

We are grateful for the support from various organisations and businesses including:

Finally, many thanks to the hundreds of people who have donated bicycles and parts to us this year and to the thousands of people who have liked and shared our information on social media or by word of mouth.
