|Summary of the main<br>activities in relation to<br>those purposes for the<br>public benefit, in<br>particular, the activities,<br>projects or services<br>identified in the<br>accounts.|Para 1.17 and<br>1.19|During the period July 22 to June 23 the Club members<br>were able to: -<br>- provide Gazebos for the Rectory Fete and assisted that<br>event.<br>- run our 20thannual Classic Car Show at the<br>showground Cranleigh.<br>- organise and run the annual community Bonfire and<br>Fireworks celebration.<br>- operate another successful Market Stall in the run up<br>to Christmas.<br>- assist at the Remembrance Sunday memorial service.<br>- conduct our Christmas activities with Santa visiting the<br>many estates in Cranleigh and new ones but not<br>distributing gifts or collecting bucket donations. But still<br>able to provide over 200 Christmas Gift/food vouchers in<br>place of Christmas Hampers to individuals and families<br>locally.<br>- run our popular Great Easter Egg Hunt at the<br>Showground at Easter 23 (our ‘thank you’ to the<br>community for their support of our activities)<br>- organise Eggstravaganza to raise funds for the Air<br>Ambulance-Kent, Surrey and Sussex.<br>- organise our Lions Charter Dinner Dance at the local<br>Golf Club.<br>And finally, to organise and run Cranleigh Carnival and<br>Fun Day which, whilst not designed to make a profit,<br>more than covered its costs and was very much<br>appreciated by our community.<br>Project Wenceslas ran from October to March attracting<br>donations from locals who received but did not need the<br>Winter Fuel Payment. These donations are used for the<br>relief of fuel poverty or fuel debt.<br>Also, during this period we continued to collect funds for<br>the ‘One Cranleigh for Ukraine’ community project and<br>to house and re-house many Ukrainian families in our<br>locality.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the<br>charity, identifying the<br>difference the charity’s<br>work has made to the<br>circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any<br>wider benefits to society<br>as a whole.|Para 1.20|In addition to organising the above events to benefit the<br>local community we were able, during this period to<br>Donate some £110,000 to good causes from the<br>proceeds of those and other activities and inward<br>donations from local donors during the year.<br>Over £23000 was donated to local individuals, families<br>or groups through our general Welfare Donations.<br>The One Cranleigh for Ukraine Fund has distributed over<br>£18000 and still had available funds of over £19000.<br>Glebelands School Mental Health Suite received £15000<br>Two Bursary campaigns provided over £11000 to local<br>organisations.<br>Over 200 Christmas Hamper Food Vouchers were<br>provided at a cost of c£12000<br>We made over £16000 of general donations to local<br>individuals, groups and organisations.<br>Air Ambulance Kent, Surrey and Sussex received £5000<br>Project Wenceslas donated £3424 to help with Fuel<br>poverty.<br>Multiple District Donations to Lions International<br>Foundation for disaster relief and Medical Appeals and<br>good causes received some £3000<br>Schools Welfare Funds received £2500.|

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
