The Churth Is an Independent evan8eli¢al Siavlc Pentecostal church, founded In 2C08, n¢)w
constituted by rts Le8al Constltutlon of 2019, based on Its Statement of Falth. The elder5 are elected
by the Church Meetlng and are resp¢)nslble for leadershlp of the church. The constltution Is that of a
Charitable Incorporated Organisation whose onjy votin8 members are its Charity Trustees.
The Trustees Ithe elders) are elected by the Church Meeting and are rtsponslble for leadershlp of
the church. There are no other senlor mana8ers to whom day-to4ay mana8ement is dele8ated. N
trustees are remunerated. The Legal Constitution de￿ribeS declsion5 taken ￿ the trustees. stsff are
appolnted to assist the trustees ènd are under their super¥islon. All expendlture by stsff Is
authorlsed and countersl8ned by the trustees.
The major risks to which the Church is exposed, as identified by the Trustees, in the areas of flnance,
operatlons, safeguardlng, and regulatory compliance are ￿gUla￿V revlewed. Procedures are In place
to mttigate those rf5ks whlth are consldered approprlate and effectlve.

brariches of the work.
It also alms to prevent and relleve poverty for the public benefit by providin8 funds, 8oods and
servlces In such parts of the United Kingdom as the Trustee5 from time to time see flt.
The Trustees have had due regard to the guidance issued by the tharity Commlssion relatin8 to
publi¢ benefft, and the Church provides this in a number of ways..

The year has no doubt been challenging for the churth with national Government lockdowns
restricting the gathering and meeting tO8ether In places of worship. The church had no other

groups of 30 were suppo,rted by weekly Zoom meetings for prnyer •nd Bible study.
