I am writing on behalf of the Trustees of the above charity. 

As Coronavirus risks have lessened our other charity (number 1002840) has continued its activities whilst we get permission to transfer assets from the old charity to this charity. As we are still in communication about how this is going to happen, I have nothing to report. All assets are still with the old charity. 

I am sorry that I have been unable to furnish further details at the moment, but wish to assure you that we are continuing the request to transfer assets to the above charity, and close charity number 1002840.
