## General.
The main issues this 12 months were dealing with Virus Issues, mobile Library vehicle technical issues, working with Somerset County Council as a Community Library Partnership (CLP) while continuing to progress the design of the proposed Community Hub with the Parish Council (PC).
## Community Library Partnership.
The CIO has also had email meetings with County level representatives of the CLP to ensure the CLP is providing a suitable Library service under the rules at the time.. Also the CIO has met Yeovil Library Staff in the Library vehicle.
## Library Vehicle Issues.
Technical electrical issues were overcome though not without cost. Trustees were also involved with resolving other vehicle issues, keeping the area adjacent to the vehicle clear and installing anti-virus screens. For book issue, tables were put in place. A keysafe was fitted for volunteer cleaners and cleaning materials installed by the vehicle driver's door. A duplicate mains electrical setup was installed so the limited battery and inverter system was by-passed.
## Virus:
The Library has bounced between closed to "Open for Click and collect books" Volunteers continued to the clean the vehicle between each opening. Before opening in July 2020 the shelves, books and internal fittings were deep cleaned. A perspex screen was installed to separate Library staff from the public area.
## Community Hub.
The CIO continued to work with the Parish Council on the Business Plan and on the internal layout of the proposed building.
## Trustees.
This year we lost two CIO Trustees - dearly departed, and two others resigned.
