Educationl training.,
Religious activities for child￿n and young people.,
Helping Catholic home educating families in an education centr8.
In our education Cent￿ we help to educate children 2 days a week through the help of
our tutors. We provide assistance, teaching and support to Catholic home educating
familie5 for approximately 10 hours per week during tenn time.
Summary of tho main achievements durlng the perlod
During this Academic Year we have assisted with the home education for children In
Bedfordshire.
Our education c8ntre runs for 2 days a week during term times to support Catholic
home educating famllles. We have seen conslderable growth slnce startlng wlth 15
childran several years ago.
We have a bursary fund to support familles who cannot pay the tultlon fees. The
families who attend Ihe centre pay tuition fees. In additlon, we have a small number of
funders and supporters.
The charlty's pollcy on reservo•
Should we have less than a surplus of 10,000 pounds, we would have 8 m8etlng to
plan to increase our reserves and also provide an audit to ensure the financSal stabilty
of the CIO. Our accountant has provided detailad analysls of monthly Income and
exp8ndlture as well as annual budgat.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Regina Caeli UK (the
charity) for the year ended 31 August 2024.

As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts In
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examinatlon of the charltvs accounts carried out under sectlon
145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the
applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the
Act.
Independent examlnerfs statement
I have completed my examlnation. I confimi that no matters have come to my attentlon
in connectlon wrfth the examlnation giving me cause to bellev8 that In any materlal
respect:
1. accounting records ware not kept In respgct of the Gharity 88 requlred by section
130 of the Act,. or
2. the accounts do not accord wSth those records.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters In connectlon wlth the
axamlnation to which attention should be drawn in this report In order to enable
