## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** 

**Financial Position & Performance** 

The financial statement for the 2024–25 fiscal period reflects net incoming resources totaling **£6,712** , alongside total expenditure of **£2,096** , and after paying **£500** loan back to the Chairman, the closing balance of **£4,696** held securely in the bank. 

These revenues were successfully generated through public donations and targeted charitable initiatives, including: 

● **Direct Bank Remittances:** £5,732 

## **Asset Allocation & Expenditure** 

Total institutional operational and development costs for the year amounted to **£2,096** . After accounting for mandatory administrative compliance fees, 100% of the net funds mobilised throughout the year were deployed directly into anchoring the school's daily operating budget and infrastructure maintenance.

During the 2024–25 fiscal year, Benevolent Bonds (BB) successfully advanced its core mission through significant academic milestones, robust community engagement, and transparent financial stewardship: 

- **100% Academic Success Rate:** Marked a historic milestone as FACE Elementary School entered its inaugural student into the National Examinations. The student achieved an exceptional score of 8 out of 10, securing a flawless 100% pass rate for the institution's first academic cohort. 

- **Strategic Financial MobiliSation:** Successfully raised a total of **£6,712** through public donations and strategic fundraising initiatives to sustain the Charity's core educational projects. 

- **Direct Impact and Resource Allocation:** Disbursed a total expenditure of **£2,096** directly toward anchoring critical school operational budgets and infrastructure maintenance. 

- **Digital Outreach & Public Engagement:** Proactively enhanced the Charity’s official website and leveraged key digital platforms— including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, GoFundMe, and JustGiving—to raise public awareness, drive advocacy, and optimize public-benefit fundraising. 

- **Future Expansion and Partnerships:** Initiated a strategic outreach campaign to identify and onboard new collaborative partners within Senegal, aiming to scale ongoing initiatives and drive future projects with renewed momentum and excellence.

**Brief statement of the** RESERVES POLICY **charity’s policy on reserves** At present, Benevolent Bonds does not hold any restricted or unrestricted financial reserves. In the event that a reserve fund is established in the future, the Board of Trustees, in alignment with its fiduciary duties, will maintain strict oversight of these assets. Any future allocation or deployment of reserve funds will require formal deliberation and approval during Trustee meetings, alongside strategic consultation with major donors. Furthermore, the Charity’s policy dictates that any future reserves will be strictly restricted to supporting new or ongoing projects of a similar educational nature within the same country of operation.
