Para 1.20 | The main achievement of Charity includes: -Restarting Charity work again by -recruiting of the new six Trustees in February 2025. - Acquiring website in order to enhance our communication with the public. -Updated the members on the Charity progress in our AGM on 14thJune 2025. - On 14thJune 2025 we were able to give award to outstanding contributions by outgoing Trustees and leader of various UK-Tanzanian welfare groups and health groups. -One of our Trustee representing the charity is involved in supporting a UK based Tanzania association (Umoja Wetu) in development of their charity constitution hence providing social inclusion in benefit of public. |

Para 1.41 | During this period, we have been able to secure commitment from our Diaspora community of some funding to support set up activities to begin to meet our objectives. We have also started to develop fundraising strategies to use in 2026/2027. We have date set on 19thJanuary 2026 and further dates in 2026 where individuals with fundraising experience will have discussions with Trustees. |

Financial Review

Para 1.21 | The Charity did not hold its own account. We have recently opened an account with Co-operative bank in July 2025. We only have one direct debit and inspire to increase more in 2026. We have received ring fenced donations towards payment of specific items which are: -Logo and Website development £500 but received £400 and awaiting £100. -Purchasing of website host for 48 months with total of £127.01. - domain for 6 months £66.56 -A leaflet development was paid for worth of £20 -Annual payment including VAT towards virtual registered office is £120.12 -Setting of Government gateway account and filling payment including VAT £25.99 -Current amount in bank is £152.99 We were able to total raise £1,012.67 |

Para 1.22 | We discussed the rationale of policy of holding reserves in our 15 December 2025 Trustee meeting. It was agreed to hold reserve of our running cost for three months. This will allow the charity to run when we are unable to raise funds for three months before can run the charity activities on more. |
