Financial Review
| Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period |
Para 1.21 | The financial position at the end of the year was again only a little different from that at the end of the previous year. Small expenses were related to maintenance of the bank account. The two projects on which we collaborated did not involve any outlay by the charity other than time donated by trustees and the (unpdai) sArtistic Director. Donations were received from the Chair in order to maintain the bank account and he also paid for website maintenance expenses. We also received one additional donation of £95.85 net during the year. |
|---|---|---|
| Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held |
Para 1.22 | A small cash reserve is held over in the bank account to cover website maintenance and minor expenses. The charity has no other assets at present |

Para 1.22 | |

Para 1.23 | We have made tentative steps towards re- engaging in activities during the year through association with the two projects mentioned, though this has not involved raising funds and our reserves remain low. The same three trustees have been re- appointed in order to maintain the charity, but all aim to pass on their responsibilities to a new board as soon as is possible. |
