Para 1.17 and 1.19	Whilst we have continued to maintain the charity’s website, the charity itself remained inactive during this financial year. No projects were initiated and no funds were collected.

Financial Review

Financial Review
Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	The financial position at the end of the year was once again only a little different from that at the end of the previous year owing to the lack of activity described. Small expenses were related to maintenance of the bank account. Donations were received from the Chair in order to maintain the bank account.
Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held	Para 1.22	A small cash reserve is held over in the bank account to cover website maintenance and minor expenses. The charity has no other assets at present
