Introduction
During 2021 we continued to face the after effect of the Covid Pandemic changes which reflected in how we worked. We transition to an hybrid mode of operations with meetings still predominantly online via zoom, facebook live and similar online platforms and with a few meetings in venues physically. Through this hybrid meeting format we benefitted from having a wider coverage and reaching out to more people worldwide.
We helped in our local community to support families in distress and poverty especially due to the aftermaths of the pandemic and the gradual rise of cost of living crisis emerges. We further supported children in needs in Pakistan and Serra Leon for back to school materials and food and orphanages in Nigeria and Uganda.
Through live streaming events on Facebook we have been able to connect to several Christians and families who benefited from our ministry. We reached families in need of prayers, financial support and health and wellbeing especially due to the covid 19 lock down restrictions and consequent aftermaths.
This method of ministering is much easier, effective and allowed us to better accomplished some of our aim and objective of providing spiritual support and food supply, products to enhance living.
Hope Point had several Prayer request through our website and during our weekly prayer and word connect meetings for healing for family members infected or suffering with long covid symptoms and for families who lost their source of income and suffering from financial crisis family members and wanting prayers for comfort and grace to cope.
We held weekly bible studies and prayer events for many families and members of the communities as well as internationally especially in Pakistan deprived families who could not attend a physical church or religious meeting still.
Donations to Hope Point Increased as more events was organised online. We reached out to more people who donate to us. Our expenditure also increased as we had to spend more funds on the event’s social media advertisements, offering to guest Ministers as well as to relief financial hardship and distress of individuals and families in need in the UK and anywhere in the world especially during the Pandemic.
We had over 6 major event/conferences online with invited guest and music ministers from all over the world. We spent £700 to such guest ministers in 2021
During this year we spent £1000 in donations and financial support to several needy families locally in the UK and internationally in Italy, South Africa, Uganda, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Pakistan and India.
We paid for Web hosting, maintenance for 2021 £110 and £14.99 Zoom subscription monthly.
We spent £250 for Go Ye Win Soul Campaign website and hosting as part of the assignment God gave us in 2021 to reach more souls.
We spent £50 on Facebook advertising, and £100 on production of events invites and banners.
We planned to go on Mission to Uganda and Nigeria in April 2020 but due to Covid 19 we were unable to travel and all international mission trips postponed till further notice.
