Our organisation is designed to enhance the well-being of older people living with Dementia by promoting independence and foster social connection. Our day care centre provides dementia specific, person-centred care to meet the needs of the individual person with Dementia in a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.
Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of People Living With Dementia In Sunderland And The Surrounding Areas, Their Families And Carers, Through The Provision Of Support Groups, Services, Advice And Information.
