||Achievements against<br>objectives set|Para 1.41|Primarily we have been working to<br>ensure key posts amongst Trustees are<br>in place during the recent transition in<br>Trustees with a new Chair now in post.<br>We have developed a strategy for<br>recruiting new members to the<br>organisation to help take forward key<br>activities overs the coming year,<br>supported by Trustees.<br>Planning is underway to develop a new<br>post within the Charity to facilitate<br>social media activity and outreach to<br>promote upcoming activity by ASAP<br>UK. We are also looking to recruit a<br>Trustee to take over the role of<br>Treasury and lead fund raising activity.<br>Additionally, we are working towards<br>relaunching our Manifesto Audit in<br>advance of the upcoming general<br>election and will be recruiting a project<br>manager to support this work and<br>engage with a range of academics to<br>contribute to this activity.<br>We have been working towards<br>redeveloping our seminar series after<br>the success of previous virtual<br>seminars with a range of panels on<br>Addressing Poverty After the Pandemic:<br>challenges and solutions as well as The<br>Climate Crisis and Children’s Lives:<br>poverty, health and child rights.<br>Trustees will soon launch events on the||

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21 The charity still has no income – as<br>financial position at the  outlined in previous returns we have been<br>end of the period planning our potential fundraising activity<br>and will now be seeking funds to support<br>our Manifesto Audit project as well as<br>networking and outreach work with<br>Learned Societies. Our fundraising relies on two separate, but<br>linked, approaches:<br>The charity’s principal<br>sources of funds  Para 1.47 First, we are aiming to fundraise core costs<br>to support our events programme and<br>(including any<br>ongoing engagement activities. We are<br>fundraising)<br>seeking around three philanthropic donors.<br>Second, we will fundraise for specific<br>projects e.g. Manifesto Audit.
