## **TRF Trustees Report for Charity Commission** 

## **2025/2026** 

With the policy of building up financial reserves TRF continued to limit its spending and to seek out funding that fulfils its charitable aims. 

In Jan 2026 TRF received a request from Norwich Community Land Trust for one off funding of £200. Having been dormant for 3 years, the Land Trust was seeking to revitalise its financial position. NCLT was a separate project that had been established and supported by TRF in 2021. 

It was decided that such a one off grant was acceptable without jeopardising the financial position of TRF. 

It was also decided that such a grant would meet TRF charitable aims.
