**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF RESILIENCE THEORY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:- PROVIDING PUBLIC LECTURES, EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS;- PROMOTING RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL ASPECTS OF THAT SUBJECT AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS.RESILIENCE THEORY IS THE STUDY OF HOW HUMAN BEINGS RESPOND TO CHANGES IN THE WIDER SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL SYSTEM AS EXPLAINED BY THE RESILIENCE CENTRE AT STOCKHOLM UNIVERSITY, SWEDEN.

**Activities:** The Resilience Foundation will carry out research into how the knowledge of Resilience theory can have practical application to its local area. The results of this research will be made available to the public. The Foundation will also undertake , as appropriate public talks, lectures and other activities that will  promote its aims.
