I report in respect of my examlnation of the Trusfs accounts carried oul under sectlon 145 of the 2011
Act and in Ca￿Ing out my exaffunation. I have folltrwed au the applicaue Directions glven by Ihe
Charity Commission under sectbJn 14515){b) of the Act.

I have completed my exarnination. I confwm Ihat no rnaterial matters have come to rny attentlon in
connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in. any material respect
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 13Q of the Charities ACL or
the accounts did not accord N•ith the accounting recoth. or
the accounts did not cornply with the applicable reqiirements conceming the frffii and cont
of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts WKI Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any
reqLNrement that the accounts give a 'bue and fairf wew which is not a matter considered as part
of an Independent exarn#Htion.
I have rKJ concems and have come across no other matters in Connecti￿ with examination to
which att8ntion should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
