~~LWBC Trustees'~~ Report

December:

On the 9th of December 2022, Club held its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was attended by over 60% of club members. The meeting covered various aspects of the club's operations and future plans. Additionally, the club organized a successful Christmas party for its members.

January - April:

During this period, the second half of the National Basketball League (NBL) season is progressing well. The U14 boys' premier team has shown exceptional performance and has made it to the playoffs. Unfortunately, none of the other teams managed to reach the playoffs. Nevertheless, all players actively participated in NBL games throughout the season. The season is set to close in April 2023.

April - June:

In May, the U14 boys' premier team progressed through the quarter and semi-finals. They represented the club in Manchester and secured a prominent position in the finals. Moreover, in June, the U14s premier silver finalists participated in a tournament in Barcelona, where the team played three games and secured wins in all three games. The U12s also had the opportunity to participate in the tournament and train and compete with Spanish teams.

During May and until the end of June, the club conducted trials for the teams. The NBL finals generated an influx of players interested in joining the club. Additionally, the club is in the process of registering the teams for the 2023-2024 season with BE (Basketball England). Furthermore, recruitment for team players will commence during this period.

July - August:

On July 1st, the club has scheduled its annual award ceremony, where all players will be recognized and awarded for their contributions throughout the year. From July 25th to August 18th, the club plans to collaborate with the London borough of Hounslow to organize holiday camps for children
