**Objects:** For the public benefit, to relieve poverty and financial hardship and to relieve those in need by reason of homelessness or other disadvantage in Scarborough, Filey and the surrounding area, in particular (but not exclusively) by providing advice, support and practical assistance including the provision of food, clothing, bedding, domestic appliances and debt counselling.

**Activities:** A social action centre supporting vulnerable people in crisis. The centre provides day care services for the homeless and people in emergency accommodation including a food bank, clothing/bedding/kitchen appliances, a shower, washing machine and dryer, community cafe, TV lounge and garden.
