| Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. |
Para 1.20 | Loneliness and social isolation have been successfully addressed in beneficiaries' lives. We have had testimony of suicide prevention, that persons have found hope. A derelict Fishermen's Rest (small chapel) has been restored and put back to its original use, one of community focus. We have installed some catering equipment and have been able to serve coffee and refreshments as well as offer a space for conversations. Youth and families of the fishing community have congregated and met in the building. Seniors, retired folk and even persons with dementia have found inspiration and respite in the project. |

Financial Review
----- Start of picture text -----
Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 The main source of funds throughout
financial position at the end the year has been gifts and donations
of the period and these have been sufficient to meet
any outgoings the charity has had
throughout the year. All the funds held
currently are unrestricted.
The charity is currently working with a
fundraiser to seek funding that would
enable us to expand activities as well as
employing someone in the role of
Operations manager to oversee these
activities.
As these activities grow, there will be a
need for the charity to review its policy
on holding reserves.
All sailing activities have been cut back due to
the need of funds to maintain & upgrade a
sailing vessel we have use of. We hope this
will change shortly.
Statement explaining the Para 1.22 No reserves are currently held.

uncertainties about the regarding the charities ability to continue as a

The TAR has been delayed severely, partly as a result of the Charity Commissions website problems, we could not file the financial figures until a software problem was resolved, which took some time. The rest was due to be completed by the Secretary who I have not been able to get hold of, hence completing the return myself as soon as I realised that it was not done. We do apologise.
