**Objects:** O ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, IN PENZANCE AND SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE WORLD BY THE PROVISION OF SAILING BASED ACTIVITIES.FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN PENZANCE AND SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE WORLD AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.

**Activities:** HopeShips is a mental health and well-being chaplaincy project, based on the Old Quay in Newlyn Harbour. We open the "Fishermen's" Rest for coffee, company and counselling. We run activities such as splicing and rope work, we even have a sewing machine. We have rescued some old boats, tidied them up and passed them on, combating loneliness and isolation. We are training to take people sailing.
