activity for young people. It offers a place to go that is affordable and that offers a wide range of activities that are chosen by the young people that attend. Members are also involved in setting the behaviour standards of the club. The range of activities offered are chosen in discussion with the members and our ability to organise events. A regular survey of members is carried out to ensure the club is run for the benefit of its members. The Youth Centre has increased facilities in the Iver area for young people where none existed before. We have offered a range of physical activities benefiting from the existence of the Evreham Sports Centre next door, often working in partnership. The charity was able to support the transition of young people to senior school from Year 6 to 7 with the Year 6 local children going to over 7 different secondary schools. Local teenagers have been involved as young volunteers at the Youth Club. Over the period, the charity has offered the premises of the youth club to two other community groups: A local Seniors social club and a weekly meet up for parent’s home educating their children. The charity has enabled a new community space to be available to the residents of Iver and district.
