. Financial Standing

At this moment in time, we do not have a ‘Book Shop’, so there is nothing coming in on a regular Basis.

The club is in the process of negotiating with the owner of an empty shop which is being refurbished.

The Directors are in agreement that the club is in good standing financially.

Subs for Members .

Subs we pay Lions District, is to remain the same as last year.

Behavioural Standards.

We have a district policy of Behaviour which we adhere to, for our members and our other volunteers. This is to be circulated to all members to be read and signed.

. Health and Safety / Risk Assessment

Lions Clubs in Great Britain insurance is due to be changed to a British Company.

There is a need to up-date our health and safety documents.

We intend on delivering a basic First Aid awareness course.

Meeting Closed 9.50pm
