## Trustees meeting 30/09/2022 

1. Present: Elizabeth Axten, Michael Higgins, Irene Robinson, Brian Robinson, Charles Cooper 

2. Membership: No gains or loses in the last 12 months. 

3. Charity and other persons helped, we continue to help individuals, groups and international requests. 

4. We have incorporated the latest CIO regulations and applied for gift aid under the CIO regulations from HMRC. 

5. We have adopted the guidance given by Lions Clubs MDHQ for regulations and requirements for Disability Policy. 

6. Our treasurer has had the accounts audited and the club has agreed the audit.
