**Kendal & District Lions Club (CIO)** ## **Kendal & District Lions Club (CIO) Trustee ( 1 ) Zoom meeting – 10[th] January 2022 Jan 2022 8.00pm** Directly after Bookshop meeting ## **Welcome by Roy** our President. **Attendees:** - Roy, Charles, Michael, Kath, Irene, Bryan & Liz. ( 7 ) **Apologies from:** - ## **Irene:** - Last years accounts are held by Malcolm and he is going over them for us as an independent person. Handing them back to Irene on Saturday. - Roy will then send accounts to CC with relevant forms. And copy them to District Treasurer. - - Castle Green Hotel has moved our Deposit for our Xmas meal over until 2023. Due to continuing Covid 19 problems. If the situation inproves in spring /summer we could use it then. Or have a simple afternoon tea ..... - Not so much going into Admin at moment – enough to pay District Dues in July. ## **Roy:** - Advance notice to all in a week or so time about Next years Officers. Charles to send a word document for Liz to use. - - Santa Sleigh, Charles and Michael to go and view a shed that has been offered to us for FREE to stor it in for the next year.
