The original review is still in progress however we hope to resolve so as to ensure no action is taken against the trustees by the Charities Commission we are filing these accounts as they stand. The trustees are fulfilling their duties to the charity by investigating these discrepancies along with the help of the police at this stage. This was also a concern in the 2023 period however many facts **examiner wishes to** about the position were, and still are, unknown. **disclose** . In 2024, this spending continued and resulted in the charity making a loss in the accounts to 31.3.24. The trustees are doing all they can to reveal what the actual spend is and act accordingly if there has been any spending that does not relate to charitable activities. We believe some of this spend was also caught in the year to 31.3.2025 however it looks to only be the earlier part of the year. Income has declined over this period due to the uncertainty of the charity and the various changing of hands that have taken place. 2 **Oct 2018** **IER**
