FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE THE AREA OF BENEFIT IS THE TOWN OF COLNE AS CONSTITUTED ON 27TH MAY 1918.

Applicants for accommodation must be over 60 years of age and have either been born in Colne or lived in the town for a minimum of 10 years during their lifetime.
