**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL IN MEMORY OF THOSE WHO GAVE UP THEIR LIVES IN THE FIRST WORLD WAR FOR THE USE OF INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF ALCESTER (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Preservation and maintenance of Alcester War Memorial Town Hall.  Financed by renting out the Hall for events.
